From September 5 to 18, 2024, you have the chance to win one of 188 prizes: a pair of festive clogs, three jibbitz featuring the Uniprix Anniversary Sale, and a $25 Uniprix gift card.

To participate:

Fill out the form below and indicate your Uniprix branch. One winner will be selected per branch.

To increase your chances of winning:

At participating Uniprix stores, purchase at least one eligible product from the participating brands (complete list of brands in the rules) to receive an additional chance to win. This action is not required to enter this contest but allows for an extra chance to win. When filling out the mandatory form, indicate the UPC code of an eligible product purchased between September 5 and 18, 2024, at participating Uniprix branches, the receipt number, as well as the branch number or name. This information can be found on your receipt and must be complete to qualify for an additional entry. One entry for each eligible product purchased, up to a maximum of 3 additional entries.

To have a chance to win, the customer must complete all mandatory fields of the electronic entry form in the "Contest" section of the uniprix.com website. The approximate total value of the prizes is $20,000, consisting of 188 prizes: one (1) Crocs gift card worth $75, three (3) Uniprix jibbitz, and one (1) Uniprix gift card worth $25. The contest ends on September 18, 2024, at 11:59 PM. The draw will take place on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Selected participants must pass a mathematical skill-testing question.
