This action is not mandatory to participate in this contest, but it allows an additional chance to win. When completing the mandatory form, indicate the UPC code of an eligible product purchased between September 14 and 27, 2023 at participating Uniprix stores, the invoice number, and the store number or name. This information can be found on your invoice and must be complete to be eligible for additional participation. Each purchase of one eligible product gives you a chance to win, for up to 3 additional entries.

The approximate total value of the prizes is $15,000, consisting of one (1) travel prize with Voyage Transat valued at $10,000 (5 gift cards of $2000) and ten (10) Uniprix gift cards valued at 500$ each.The contest ends on September 27, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
