To create a glittering holiday look, just follow these 3 steps.

Step 1: A luminous complexion

To make sure your makeup lasts all evening, you absolutely need a makeup base. Apply over the entire face, focusing on the T zone (forehead, nose and chin). Makeup base is also great for tightening pores.

Follow with your foundation. Always start at the centre of your face and move outward. Complete the look with shimmer powder. Use the blush brush to sweep it over your forehead, cheekbones and chin. This will add gorgeous glimmer to the light-reflecting areas of your face.

Step 2: Glamorous eyes

Now’s the perfect time to go bold and turn on the glitz with sparkling eye shadow!

Start by sweeping a neutral shade of eye shadow over the entire surface of your eyelid. This will give you long-lasting results and even out the skin tone on your lids.

With your eyeliner, trace a fine line near the root of your upper lashes. Then, with an eye sculpting brush, apply colour shadow from the outer corner to the inner corner of the eye, focusing on the crease. Play it down as you move toward the brow bone.

For a more dramatic look, add a touch of eye shadow just below the eye, using the angled eye shadow brush.

Apply glitter eyeliner over your eyeliner.

Complete your eye makeup with a generous coat of volume-boosting mascara on the upper lashes and a thinner coat on the lower lashes.

Finish by sweeping blush over your cheekbones to add structure to your face.

Step 3: Sublime lips

The finishing touch! Go for a classic lipstick in a strong shade.

Lip liner is an absolute must. Use it to trace the contour of your lips. Make sure it matches your lipstick.

For greater hold, cover the entire surface of your lips with the lip liner. Then, apply your lip colour using the lip brush.

If you want extra shine, add a hint of gloss to the centre of your lips for sensational results.
