A flawless complexion on your wedding day!
Your wedding day is almost here. You’ve planned and prepared everything, right down to the last detail. But did you remember your skin? Here are a few tips for a flawless complexion on the big day.
The importance of daily skin care
You dream of walking down the aisle, your hubby-to-be watching you in your stunning white dress and fresh, dewy complexion. It’s possible! How? By adopting a good skin care routine every day, right now.
According to our beayty experts, you should begin by paying special attention to makeup removal. Every night before going to bed, cleanse your face well to remove all traces of dirt and makeup. This will make the morning routine much easier.
Prep work a few weeks in advance
Estheticians and makeup artists all agree that flawless makeup requires a flawless complexion . If you want your makeup to stay glowing throughout the nuptials, you must take meticulous care of your skin several weeks before your wedding.
For example:
- before going outside, always wear sunscreen to avoid sunburns, the appearance of unsightly age spots, dryness and tan marks;
- exfoliate your face once or twice a week, depending on your skin’s sensitivity;
- rehydrate your face every week with a moisturizing mask.
A tip for Well-moisturized skin
- Exfoliate your face, then thoroughly rinse away the product.
- Apply a generous quantity of your moisturizing mask. Wait approximately 15 minutes.
- With a light tapping motion, remove any product not absorbed by your epidermis. DO NOT wash your face.
- Go to bed.
- The next morning, wash your face as usual.
Your skin will be absolutely radiant!
A final tip: Remember to moisturize the eye contour area at least twice daily so that your eye shadow will stay well in place when applied.
